Head of Investment Banking
Andrew joined Carpenter Farraday in 2012 and heads the investment banking. He began working in executive search in 1999 and has remained focused on the investment banking and alternative investment areas throughout his career.
Andrew has deep experience in all industry sectors and has completed numerous searches across M&A, Restructuring, Debt and ECM advisory. He has also provided advice to clients in establishing and implementing strategic growth into new product areas and industry and regional coverage, as well as the growth of existing franchises.
Andrew is a graduate in English Literature from the University of Wales.

Chris joined Carpenter Farraday in 2014 as a researcher within the Alternative Investments and Corporate Finance space having previously worked as a consultant for Groveland Partners placing permanent and contract staff within financial services.
Chris has a Bachelor’s Degree in French and German from the University of Manchester and speaks fluent German and French.
Lucy joined Carpenter Farraday in 2015. She works across Investment Banking and Private Equity providing talent mapping and research for both sell side and buy side mandates. Prior to this she worked in the HR department of a market research organisation.
Lucy achieved First Class Honours, BSc from the University of Portsmouth where she read Sociology.
