The Luxembourg based arm of this leading Swiss Wealth Manager sought to further strengthen their presence in the Scandinavian market by appointing a Senior Asset Gatherer with particular focus on international and domestic Swedish or Danish clients.
Due to the large community of Scandinavian ex-pats in Luxembourg the client expected to identify an individual already present in Luxembourg through their own network. After a three month period of unsatisfying results the client engaged Carpenter Farraday on the mandate.

The brief was to identify an Associate for the Nordic Investment team. They required a Swedish national at Analyst level and specifically wanted to target candidates with M&A experience from Tier 1 Investment Banks. The successful individual also had to demonstrate exceptional modelling skills and an entrepreneurial mindset along with a genuine interest in investments during the rigorous selection process.

The company needed a tri-lingual French, English and Italian Senior Trader with extensive international trading experience to support the new team due to the merger.
