Her work covers the UK, EMEA and North America.
Caroline brings more than twenty years of executive search experience, including a decade focused specifically on asset management. She has worked across a wide range of functions and asset classes, with a particular emphasis on roles that sit at the centre of investment, portfolio and client outcomes. Her approach is grounded in research, detailed market understanding and longstanding relationships built throughout her career.
Before joining Carpenter Farraday in 2021, Caroline held senior research and consulting positions at Riverhouse Partners, The Buy Side Club and David Peachell & Partners, delivering the full spectrum of the search process, from market mapping to candidate engagement and client management. Earlier in her career, she worked in the technology research sector, honing skills in marketing and events.
