Chandler Holbrook is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Norgay Partners, Carpenter Farraday’s North American partner firm. Based in New York, Chandler leads Norgay’s Fundraising and Investor Relations practice, advising general partners across the US and Canada on senior appointments, strategic team builds and specialist hires spanning the full fundraising lifecycle.
Chandler specialises in placing Investor Relations (IR) and capital-raising professionals across alternative investments and private capital advisory. Her work covers IR leadership roles, first-time IR hires, coordinated fundraising team buildouts, regional distribution specialists and searches that strengthen the operational infrastructure that underpins successful capital formation.
Since 2010, Chandler has developed deep expertise in financial services search, with a track record that reflects more than a decade of disciplined research, stakeholder engagement and long-term candidate assessment. Chandler works closely with both global platforms and emerging managers.
Chandler holds a BA in History and a BA in International Affairs from the University of Georgia, where she graduated First Honour Graduate, Summa Cum Laude. She later completed a Princeton in Asia postgraduate fellowship in Hangzhou, China.
