Fiona Rose is a Senior Research Associate at Carpenter Farraday and has been part of the firm since 2016. She is the lead researcher within the Private Markets team, supporting global hiring across private equity, alternative credit, infrastructure and investor relations. Fiona also contributes to senior searches within traditional asset management, working on both investment and distribution roles across multiple geographies.
Fiona specialises in creating detailed market maps, managing complex research projects and building long-term relationships across the investment ecosystem. Her work spans Director to Board-level mandates, supporting consultants with structured insight and thorough candidate evaluation across Europe, the US and APAC.
Before joining Carpenter Farraday, Fiona held research and consulting positions within specialist recruitment firms, gaining experience across a range of financial services and corporate sectors.
