Kahraman joined Carpenter Farraday in June 2026 as Data and Intelligence Analyst, where he focuses on designing and implementing AI-powered automation workflows to streamline research operations across the business. He builds and maintains data intelligence systems that draw on the firm's proprietary candidate and market data to support executive search and client development, and produces market intelligence reports and client-facing deliverables through automated pipelines and AI-driven research processes.
Kahraman holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Technology from the University of Sussex. Prior to joining Carpenter Farraday, he gained experience in financial operations through internships at PEN Group, where he worked as a Finance Administrator Coordinator, and at BDS Properties as a Finance Assistant, roles that gave him a grounding in both analytical rigour and commercial operations.
