Kate Wilson is the Operations Manager at Carpenter Farraday and has been part of the firm since 2010.
She plays a central role in coordinating operational activity across the organisation, supporting consultants and clients throughout the search and interview process and ensuring communication remains clear, accurate and timely at every stage.
Kate also oversees the smooth running of the firm’s day-to-day operations and people services. Importantly, Kate leads Carpenter Farraday’s CSR and Diversity and Inclusion programmes, supporting the organisation’s commitment to responsible and inclusive practices.
Before joining Carpenter Farraday, Kate worked at London Business School as a Business Development Manager within Career Services, managing relationships with key institutional stakeholders.
Kate holds a 2:1 BA from the University of the West of England. Known for her organisation, professionalism and attention to detail, Kate brings a people-centred approach to supporting both the consultancy team and the wider business.
