Kylie Hart is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Norgay Partners, Carpenter Farraday’s North American partner firm. Based in New York, Kylie leads Norgay’s Investing and Advisory practice, with particular expertise in secondaries and broader private capital advisory hiring across the US and Canada.
Kylie specialises in appointing investment and advisory professionals across private equity, private credit, secondaries and infrastructure. Her work spans leadership appointments, first-time hires and full team buildouts for GPs, LPs and investment banks. She is recognised for her depth in the US secondaries market, supporting both buyside and sell-side organisations with searches that require precise technical understanding and strong behavioural judgement.
With extensive experience overseeing mandates that range from senior investment roles to the buildout of multi-disciplinary teams, Kylie brings a structured, research-driven approach shaped by long-standing relationships across private markets. Her insight into market dynamics, team composition and capability requirements enables clients to make assured hiring decisions in a competitive landscape.
Kylie holds a BA in Latin Language and Literature from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, with double minors in Economics and European Studies.
