Lucy Martin is a Research Associate in Carpenter Farraday’s Private Markets team, focusing on Analyst and Associate-level hiring across investor relations andinvestnment roles. Her work spans private equity, private credit and real assets, supporting clients across Europe and selected APAC markets, including Singapore.
Lucy joined Carpenter Farraday in 2025 and works closely with consultants to deliver research-driven, early-career searches within the private markets ecosystem. She contributes to mandates across both institutional and private wealth capital channels.
Before joining Carpenter Farraday, Lucy worked in private capital search at Finatal, and earlier in HR recruitment at Annapurna.
