Meghan Lucas is the Chief Administrative Officer at Norgay Partners, Carpenter Farraday’s North American partner firm. She joined Norgay in 2022 as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, before progressing into her current role where she oversees and optimises the firm’s day-to-day operations across the United States.
Meghan coordinates executive-level initiatives, manages firmwide administrative processes and plays a central role in supporting strategic planning for senior management. Her remit spans office operations, project coordination, and collaboration with marketing and HR, ensuring organisational efficiency and continuity.
Before joining Norgay, Meghan held Executive Assistant roles at Hunter Point Capital and Churchill Asset Management. Earlier in her career, Meghan was a scholarship athlete at Oklahoma State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Education.
Known for her operational discipline, strong relationship skills and ability to enhance systems and workflows, Meghan plays a key role in strengthening Norgay’s internal infrastructure and supporting the firm’s long-term strategic execution.
