Hiring now! Researcher, Wealth Management

Carpenter Farraday has a market leading position in the Wealth Management space and we are now seeking to support the build out of this function by adding a Researcher to the team.

The role will be diverse in nature with a core focus on the Wealth Management & Private Banking sector, an area Carpenter Farraday already has a strong track record of working with some of the best firms in the industry.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Assisting the Head of Wealth Management in all stages of successfully placing candidates within the wealth and private banking division
  • Independently running retained searches
  • Generating and presenting candidate market research for existing and new clients
  • Preparing and executing mapping reports across the UK, European and US market
  • Working as part of the wider research team to provide guidance and input to achieve client expectations
  • Attending client/candidate meetings

The successful candidate will ideally:

  • Have existing working knowledge and/or an interest of the Wealth Management/Private Banking industry
  • Keen to build and maintain long term relationships
  • Able to grasp technical and complex concepts quickly
  • Educated to degree level
  • Adaptable and motivated in a fast paced and sometimes pressurised environment
  • Articulate, engaging and confident communicator
  • Result driven i.e. tenacious / fearless
  • Possesses emotional intelligence
  • Willing to extract proprietary information to tight deadlines
  • Fluency in other European languages highly advantageous

  • Graduates with at least 6 months in a client facing job
